Meet The Host
Greg Toroosian is an active advisor and speaker about all things Talent Acquisition including; products and services, sourcing strategy, process optimization, job descriptions, hiring prioritization, retention, reorgs, career path planning, tools, advertising, job searching, and more. After being in Talent Acquisition for more than a decade, Greg founded Samson Rose to provide high-quality search services and top talent to his clients. Prior to making executive retained search his primary focus, he spent time working in-house for globally recognized companies including Virgin Hyperloop, Sweetgreen, and Rubicon Project, as well as staffing firms and running his own successful recruiting, advising, and consulting business. Greg believes that recruiting and retaining top talent is key to a company’s success! His goal is to help companies succeed either by working directly with them or by having successful people share their knowledge on this podcast.
